Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Farm Spirit Mobile application (the "Service") operated by us ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all players, visitors, and others who access or use the Service. By downloading, installing, or playing Farm Spirit Mobile, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You may play as a Guest without providing an email address. Guest farms use a device-linked Custom ID, PlayFab ID, and public Farmer Code for cloud progress and support. Guest access may be harder to recover after uninstalling the game, changing devices, clearing local data, or losing the device.

You may optionally select Register to link the current farm to an email address and password through PlayFab (Microsoft). Registration does not create a second copy of the farm; it secures the farm already active when registration succeeds. Registered players may use Login and Reset Password to access or recover the account.

You are responsible for providing an email address you control, choosing a secure password, keeping credentials confidential, and notifying us if you suspect unauthorized access. Never share your password with support. The Farmer Code is a public support identifier and is not a password.

Accounts, farms, credentials, and virtual items may not be sold, transferred, rented, or shared for commercial use. We may suspend or restrict access where an account violates these Terms or threatens the Service.

The Service and all of its original assets — including but not limited to 2D isometric artwork, structural map layouts, user interfaces, source code, game logic, characters, music tracks, and sound designs — are the absolute exclusive intellectual property of Farm Spirit Mobile and its licensors.

The experience is protected under local and international copyright laws. Any unauthorized distribution, repackaging, assets ripping, or reuse of our media files for outside commercial or personal use is strictly prohibited.

Subject to your continuing agreement with these Terms, we provide you a limited, non-assignable, non-commercial, revocable license to run Farm Spirit Mobile on personal smart devices that you own or legitimately control.

This conditional license explicitly prohibits the following activities:

• Modifying, copying, dumping, selling, or distributing any compilation package files of the game.
• Decompiling, reverse-engineering, or attempting to extract the underlying C# source code or asset bundles.
• Using the interface or structural systems for commercial or unauthorized monetization setups.
• Stripping or altering any proprietary markers or digital signatures.

Farm Spirit Mobile integrates specialized partner modules. Your app usage implies adherence to the operational terms managed by these providers:

• PlayFab (Microsoft): Manages guest and registered authentication, email/password account linking, password recovery, cloud architecture, player profiles, and gameplay data. See the Microsoft Services Agreement.
• Google AdMob: Facilitates ad delivery operations. See the Google Terms of Service.

Farm Spirit Mobile provides free-to-play functionality supported by integrated advertisements through Google AdMob.

Ad interactions are entirely choice-driven and non-compulsory. Ad units (such as Rewarded Videos) will only activate when you deliberately tap the designated interaction button to earn specific game rewards. You maintain full rights to opt out of personalization parameters via your operating system privacy settings.

The Service allows the acquisition of virtual in-game currencies, including coins and diamonds, as well as digital inventory items. These virtual items can be earned through normal gameplay or purchased using real-world currency via integrated In-App Purchases (IAP).

• No Real-World Value: Coins, diamonds, and virtual inventory assets are licensed digital goods. They hold zero real monetary value and cannot be redeemed, traded, or exchanged for real-world currency, financial legal tender, or physical goods.
• Payment Processing: All financial transactions are managed and secured exclusively by the platform provider (Google Play Commerce or Apple App Store). We do not collect, view, or retain your financial billing data or credit cards.
• Game Balancing Rights: We retain the absolute right to rebalance, manage, modify, or eliminate virtual currency values, building costs, or asset traits at any moment for design reasons, without any liability or compensation to the user.
• Refunds & Loss of Progress: All purchases of virtual goods are final and non-refundable, except where required by platform rules. We are not responsible for the loss of virtual currency due to local cache wipes, device rooting, unlinked anonymous profiles, or short-term network disruptions.
• Account Deletion: Deleting an account permanently removes access to its farm progress and virtual goods. Account deletion does not automatically create a right to a refund; refund requests remain subject to applicable law and the rules of Google Play or the Apple App Store.

You explicitly agree to refrain from using the software in ways that:

• Violate valid regional, federal, or international legal constraints.
• Impair, interrupt, or degrade the performance of our game systems or secure HTTP channels.
• Introduce malicious payloads, automated memory trainers, hacks, or client injections.
• Employ memory-scanning bots, speed hacks, or manipulation tools to artificially alter coin or diamond balances.
• Interfere with telemetry streams or attempt to falsify validation requests sent to backend networks.

Violating these technical or ethical rules may result in restriction, suspension, or termination of a guest or registered account.

Logout is not account deletion. Logout ends the active account session on that device and allows you to choose Login, Register, or Guest access again.

You may request permanent account and associated-data deletion from the Account section inside the game or through our Delete Account page. Website requests require the registered account email and Farmer Code. Requests are manually reviewed to reduce mistaken or fraudulent deletion. Providing information that cannot be matched to the account may delay or prevent completion.

After deletion is completed, the account, cloud farm, progress, virtual items, and linked authentication access cannot be restored. A minimal request record is retained for up to 90 days; limited purchase, fraud-prevention, security, tax, accounting, platform, or legal records may be retained where required, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or close access when you materially violate these Terms, misuse the Service, compromise another account, or threaten game or backend security. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, warranty, and liability provisions, remain in effect.

The application is provided entirely on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" configuration, lacking express or implied assurances of any sort. We cannot guarantee that system access, save states, or HTTP network relays will remain totally uninterrupted, faultless, or completely clear of brief network timeouts.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Farm Spirit Mobile, its developer, or associated platform partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, unintended, or consequential damages. This includes, without limitation, the loss of game progress, un-synchronized cloud files, or virtual items (coins and diamonds) stemming from app errors, local file wipes, or device bugs.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal disputes arising out of your use of this Service shall be handled under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Romania.

We keep the independent authority to adjust, update, or rewrite these Terms at our sole discretion. We indicate modifications by updating the baseline "Last Updated" value at the header of this page. Continuing to play after updates go live means you acknowledge the new terms.
