Delete your account
Request permanent deletion of your Farm Spirit Mobile account and the data associated with it.
How it works

Enter the email linked to your account and your exact Farmer Code from the game.

We receive the request in our secure manual-review panel and verify that the email and Farmer Code identify the same account.

After verification, we delete the PlayFab account and associated game data, then close the request.
Account deletion request
This action is permanent after processing. Your farm, progress and virtual items cannot be restored. Submitting this form creates a manual deletion request; it does not instantly delete the account.
Data deletion and retention
When the request is approved, deletion covers the app account and data associated with it, including:
- PlayFab account identifiers and login association;
- cloud farm saves, level progress, inventory, achievements and streaks;
- virtual currency balances and account-linked gameplay/economy history;
- account-linked support data where it can be reliably identified.
Minimal request record
The completed or rejected deletion-request audit record is retained for up to 90 days, then automatically removed.
Required records
Limited purchase, fraud-prevention, security, tax or legal records may be retained only where required by law or the app-store platform, and are not used to keep the game account active.
